About Us

The Providence Health Group, LLC organization was formed in early 2013 on the promise of transforming senior care through an improved, hands on leadership model.  The principals of the organization have in excess of 100 years of combined senior care experience.

The leadership team has a wealth of operational knowledge of all facets of senior care including Alzheimer’s/Dementia care, SNF/ALF/ILF/CCRC operations, physical plant operations, information technology, and financial operations.
